How to apply
Junior and child membership
Information on membership application can be obtained by emailing the Club at smm@vrc.com.hk. Application forms can be downloaded from the Club’s forms page. The Membership Joining Guide sets out eligibility, the application process, and important information.
Junior/Child members must be children of members and require valid proof of age from a birth certificate, passport or ID. Fees and subscriptions are for reference; new applicants will be subject to the prevailing fees and subscriptions at the time of acceptance, not application. For general enquiries write to enquiry@vrc.com.hk.

Ask the membership office
- Email smm@vrc.com.hk for membership application information.
- General enquiries: enquiry@vrc.com.hk.
- Read the Membership Joining Guide before you complete a form.

Download the right form
- Child or Junior Member: Junior Member Application Form.
- Junior Elite Sporting member (age 13–28): Junior Elite Application Form.
- Temporary Membership of a Sporting Section: Temporary Membership Application Form.

Proof of age and submit
- Junior/Child members must be children of members.
- Provide valid proof of age from a birth certificate, passport or ID.
- Return the completed PDF to smm@vrc.com.hk. Fees apply at acceptance, not application.
Categories
Which application to use
Child
Child Member
Age 18 or under, or age 25 in full-time education or under. Entrance: no fee. Subscription: HK$ 60 per month. Children under 5 years: no subscription or guest fee.
Junior
Junior Member (age 18–25)
Entrance fee HK$ 10,500 (one-time). Subscription HK$ 367 per month. Must be a child of a member, with valid proof of age.
Junior Elite
Junior Elite Sporting member (age 13–28)
Entrance fee and subscription: review from the General Committee. Use the Junior Elite Application Form.
Sporting Section
Temporary Membership of Sporting Section
Entrance fee: review from the Sporting Section. The Sporting Code of Conduct applies to temporary members and guests.

Children under 5 are admitted without subscription or guest fee.
Spouse also refers to a partner and as such requires valid proof of relationship or cohabitation.
