Victoria Assistant is the Club’s on-site chatbot. It is available on every page of this website through the red message button in the lower-right corner. Ask in plain English about the two clubhouses, membership categories, house rules, parking, and reciprocal clubs.
Answers are based on published Club facts. For applications, billing, or committee correspondence, please email enquiry@vrc.com.hk or telephone the main office on +852 2178 2221.

How to use it
Four simple steps
Open the chat
Click the red message icon in the lower-right corner. The Victoria Assistant window opens on top of the page you are already viewing.
Ask a question
Type in the box at the bottom of the window and press Send or Enter. Short, specific questions work best.
Read the reply
The assistant answers from Club information on locations, hours, membership, rules, and facilities. You can keep asking follow-up questions in the same window.
Contact the office when needed
Use email or telephone for forms, invoices, and formal requests. The chatbot cannot submit applications or process payments.
What it knows
Ask about the Club
Clubhouses
Deep Water Bay and Emerald Bay addresses, telephone numbers, opening hours, and on-site facilities.
Membership
Associate, sporting, junior, spouse, and child categories, with the published subscription and entrance-fee notes.
House rules
Guests, barbecue bookings, dress, corkage, pets, smoking, and what may be stored at the boat racks.
Parking & access
No on-site parking at Deep Water Bay; member parking passes and guest reservations at Emerald Bay.
Reciprocal clubs
