The main office is at Metropole Square, Shatin. Correspondence for the Club, General Committee, and membership services may be sent there. Clubhouse teams at Deep Water Bay and Emerald Bay handle on-site enquiries and barbecue bookings.
For large events, please email enquiry@vrc.com.hk. Barbecue tables at either clubhouse are limited to a maximum of 12 persons per table.
