Opening-up Programmes

Emerald Bay open-up scheme

Sharing the waterfront

Opening-up programmes give eligible schools, NGOs, youth groups, and NSAs structured access to Emerald Bay facilities—beach, boat storage areas, deck spaces, and water-sport launching—subject to member use and seasonal calendars.

Applications are reviewed by the club office. Groups must meet Home Affairs Department private recreational lease eligibility and follow Victoria Recreation Club access guidelines and reservation steps.
