Opening Hong Kong’s oldest club
Programmes and NSA partners
Under Home Affairs Department guidance on private recreational leases, Victoria Recreation Club promotes sports facilities at Emerald Bay for use by eligible outside bodies—schools, NGOs, uniformed groups, and National Sports Associations.
The club also works with recognised NSAs on joint initiatives, coaching clinics, and community water-sport access, in line with our mission to share paddling and ocean sport across Hong Kong.
