How to confirm a place
Clubhouse dinners, functions, and some races ask for numbers in advance. Check the event listing first, then email the office. Barbecue tables at either clubhouse are limited to a maximum of 12 persons per table.
For large events write to enquiry@vrc.com.hk. Deep Water Bay and Emerald Bay each have their own clubhouse address. Community groups use the activity forms and Eligible Outside Body Access pages.

Events calendarWrite to the clubhouse
Use enquiry@vrc.com.hk for large events, mgdwb@vrc.com.hk for Deep Water Bay, or mgemb@vrc.com.hk for Emerald Bay. Name the event, date, and headcount.
Contact listUse a form when asked
Membership, boat storage, and activity registration PDFs are on the Forms page. Eligible schools, NGOs, uniformed groups, and NSAs follow the community booking pages.
Club formsSend the event name, date, clubhouse, and headcount. The office will reply from the addresses listed here.
